I've got nothing but good things to say about Bourk's. I have had my car in for three unrelated types of repairs in the past 2 months. The service advisors have explained things in detail. They even managed to salvage some parts - saying that they were still usable, just needed some minor clean-up, rather than needing replacement. Thus saving me money. Good Morning, While navigating the recent winter snow storm, I found myself stuck in driveway. While attempting to power my way out of it, I heard a clunk sound: not good. I needed to know what that was, so I first booked an inspection with my dealer just to cover my bases for an appointment. I contacted Bourk's Auto next and was given the opportunity to bring the car in right away before the rush. I brought it in within 20 minutes of the call and the mechanic put it up on the hoist and test drove it to see any issues. No issues, and the best thing, NO CHARGE. You can't beat that.
