They were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the whole process of replacing my wheel bearings. They found another minor issue during the work and they replaced a small additional part free of charge. Bourk's is reliable, timely, and great to work with.

Been going here for years. Great and honest mechanics. Any work is always transparent and they always ask for approval. They'll try and save you money where they can and won't suggest repairs you don't need .

I have now been dealing with Bourk's Complete Car Care on Hamilton for many years, after a recommendation from a friend; I have never regretted it. All of their personnel are friendly, but very competent and attentive to our needs, including sometimes advice on car issues that they would not themselves deal with. They are a garage reassuring to know. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My tire had an air leak and needed to be fixed asap but I had to go into the office and couldn’t drop it off at my usual garage. I found this garage online and within 30 m I was dropping it off. From the time I called, arrived and to the time I left, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My car was ready within 1 h of dropping it off. I will definitely be returning.

I've been going to Bourk's for over a year now and I have to say that they are one of the most honest, highly skilled, and well-resourced garages I've ever been to. I occasionally get second opinions from other mechanics for work Bourk's has quoted and every time the second opinion matches Bourk's diagnosis and often Bourk's quote comes in lower than the second opinion. I highly recommend Bourk's for whatever vehicle you own.
