Bourk’s Complete Car Care Carling Avenue

I have taken my cars to Bourk's Complete Car Care in Kanata several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. I really appreciate being able to book appointments online and, after the work is completed, receiving a clear list of recommended services along with transparent pricing for each one. Stuart and Jackson are consistently friendly and efficient during check-in, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. It’s also incredibly convenient that they offer a shuttle service if you don’t have transportation. Bruce is usually the driver, and I’m always happy to see him — he’s relaxed, personable, and a great driver. All of the service work on my vehicles has been completed by Brennan Lorint, and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of his work. I have great confidence in the team and highly recommend Bourk’s Complete Car Care for all your automotive service needs.

Due to originally buying a lemon I got to see this place 4 times in a year. They helped fix the problems that the car i bought had. explained everything to me and never fixed anything without me giving the ok to do so. The owners are very nice and are really understanding. I had an issue with my check engine light coming on and I was about to leave for vacation. Initially, I was going to leave my car for the week so they could check it over when they had time but they managed to squeeze me in and everything was resolved quickly before I had to leave. The guys in the shop and the gentleman driving the shuttle were all wonderful and I consider their rates to be reasonable. I will continue to be a customer as I have always had a good experience and know others who recommend this shop as well! Thank you Bourk's!

These guys are absolutely awesome, especially for eV's. I had my vehicle safetied, they explained why the charges and were super honest about everything.
