Highly recommend. Been a customer since moving here a few years ago and trust them completly. These guys are absolutely awesome, especially for eV's. I had my vehicle safetied, they explained why the charges and were super honest about everything. As usual, but with touch of TLC. Friday before the August long weekend and we need to get to Waterloo Region. 4.5 hour service estimate to Remove and Replace AC unit in our 2019 Subaru Forester. Bourk's got our car in Thursday afternoon, and the job was reported as complete by 8:30 Friday morning. Kudos to the Bourk's team.

Brake and router work along with oil change done on my 2019 Audi Allroad, Not 1K on since then, but no squeaks or rattles. I asked for high quality parts installed and although it took a few extra day, they did great. Quality service and part. Happy with the results, I'll visit again. Great report and no pressure to deal with lesser issues.

Bourk's in Kanata has been looking after me and my vehicles since The first time I came to them in the 80's. I was transferred to Alberta in 2000, but when I came back here in 2018, one of the first things I did was make an appointment with Bourk's. There have been a few personnel changes since my introduction to this shop, but the guiding principals remain the same. I have always gotten excellent service and a frank assessment of my service options. I work at a test lab that assesses new products for regulatory compliance. I have always believed that the best policy is to tell the customer what they need to know - not what they want to hear. I can attest that Bourk's is a place I am comfortable entrusting my vehicles to, because they adhere to that same policy. They advise of issues that may need attention in the future. They do not recommend work that does not need to be done. And they always get confirmation before proceeding with any repair. I think the best way to put it is this: Bourk's does the work I would do, the way I would do it, with the quality parts I would use, if I had the time and the skill to do it myself. And I drive my vehicle with the same degree of confidence I would have if I had supervised every step of the job. To me, it doesn't get any better than this. Thank you, Bourk's. I will be back.
