I've been going to Bourk's for over a year now and I have to say that they are one of the most honest, highly skilled, and well-resourced garages I've ever been to. I occasionally get second opinions from other mechanics for work Bourk's has quoted and every time the second opinion matches Bourk's diagnosis and often Bourk's quote comes in lower than the second opinion. I highly recommend Bourk's for whatever vehicle you own.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Bourk's. I have had my car in for three unrelated types of repairs in the past 2 months. The service advisors have explained things in detail. They even managed to salvage some parts - saying that they were still usable, just needed some minor clean-up, rather than needing replacement. Thus saving me money. I will keep going back and highly recommend.

Good Morning, While navigating the recent winter snow storm, I found myself stuck in driveway. While attempting to power my way out of it, I heard a clunk sound: not good. I needed to know what that was, so I first booked an inspection with my dealer just to cover my bases for an appointment. I contacted Bourk's Auto next and was given the opportunity to bring the car in right away before the rush. I brought it in within 20 minutes of the call and the mechanic put it up on the hoist and test drove it to see any issues. No issues, and the best thing, NO CHARGE. You can't beat that. Had my van serviced again by the team at Bourk's. Having to take my vehicle in to get work done always drives me crazy. Lucky for me all the professionals at this location calm me down. They listen, they solve problems, they offer honest advice, they never make you feel inferior. The work is always done in a reasonable time frame, the quality of work is excellent, and costs are competitive. I used to do my own maintenance but as I age it is becoming more difficult. I've only been going to Bourk's on Carling in Kanata for a year and so far so good. They are very professional and very organized. They also have a shuttle which could prove to be useful when my wife is working. I'm still with Bourk's Complete Car Care in Kanata after more than 5 years. My wife recently passed away and the shuttle is proving to be very valuable. As I have said in the past, Bourk's is very organized, professional, and reliable. They haven't let me down yet. This past spring I purchased a new vehicle and pulled our tires out to sell, only after a month of storage. I purchase new winter tires in the fall and Bourk's agreed to two seasons of free storage, due to the fact that I didn't fully use the storage time for both of our vehicle that were traded in. They are very accommodating and flexible. It is great when you can find a garage that isn't out to take you for a ride. Hopefully this will continue well into the future.
