I can’t say enough about the service from Mike and Ryan and their team. They are so honest and explain very well what has been done . if there are issues that need to be done eventually to your car they explain what it is ahead of time so that you are aware what you might need to do.They have never suggested anything that is not required. I trust them.
First visit to Bourk’s was in June on recommendation of a friend. A/C not working on our Honda Accord. Turned out it was the compressor. They called with an estimate and clearly explained the work to be done. Work completed quickly and for stated price with 12 month/20K warranty which is very good. A/C worked fine until mid-August when it it seemed to be not pushing cold enough air.
I booked a return appointment. After a diagnostic and pressure test it turned out to be a leaking O-ring on a joint that had been involved in the compressor install. No charge to repair as it was under warranty!

This was my initial visit to Bourk’s. From this experience I was extremely impressed, in particular, with the professionalism and efficiency of the company. The booking, service and pickup was accurate and timely which is very appreciated. They provided a clear invoice and multi point inspection sheet. Also noted was their committed adherence to covid protocols. I will definitely bring my vehicle in for further servicing needs, as will my husband.
The staff at Bourk’s Kanata are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They never do any work that isn’t necessary and always do an amazing job. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me after another garage quoted me a crazy amount for minimal work. I went to Bourk’s for a second opinion and half the work the other garage quoted didn’t need to be done! I’ve been trusting them with my car ever since. Great people, great service. 10/10 would recommend.
